General Rental Information and Policies
- Our minimum rental period is one
(1) month.
- The first month’s rent is
due upon move-in.
- No one is permitted to live in
or sleep in their unit.
- We do not allow anyone to alter
construction of their unit. Nothing may be attached to the walls or door.
- The storage of toxic, hazardous,
explosive, illegal or contraband material is not allowed. More

- We will gladly reserve space,
when available, with a deposit.
- We do not give out information
about our occupants to anyone.
- We are not responsible for, nor
do we pay claims for damage. Each tenant must take responsibility for insuring their own goods.
- When rent is late, when a check
is returned or when you pay a balance on vacating, we will only accept cash, money orders, certified
checks or credit cards as payment.
- The person/people signing the
lease are responsible for the monthly rent. Only they may legally enter the unit.
- Storage of pets or animals is
not permitted.
- We do not give out information
concerning land or building costs, operational procedures, etc. to anyone without authorization
from the home office.
- Only authorized personnel are
allowed in the office.
- Carpentry, machining, painting,
construction of any kind, or working on vehicles is prohibited in the units or on the driveways.
- We do not refund current rent.
Security/cleaning deposits will be refunded only when we have a 15 day move-out notice and the
unit is clean.
- No one may install and operate
an air conditioner, dehumidifier, refrigerator or deep freeze, nor operate any kind of appliance
or tool.
- It is not our policy to rent to
musical groups intending to use the unit as a practice hall.
- Our facility is occasionally used
to train drug enforcement canines.
